Kaiju 8 The Game - Character Database

There isn't usually an official release schedule for new characters. But we’ve seen an impressive influx of new characters, at a rate of two or even three per month. The game has released too many characters in a short period of time, which has disadvantaged F2P players and raised some red flags within the community, since this is something games in trouble tend to do. Similarly, it’s important and obvious to note that there are many variations of characters—we have many versions of Kikoru, among other characters. This is usually normal in many gacha games, but the pool of potential characters for Kaiju N8 isn’t that large, so we’re hoping to see more original characters appear.

In Kaiju No The Game, there are two types of characters in the banners: Limited and Permanent. It’s always recommended to summon for the limited characters in the banners, since that’s your only chance to get them until they rerun, whereas permanent characters can appear in any summoning session. Characters marked with an “L” in the upper-right corner are Limited characters.

The game has introduced a new character development mode called “Unlocked Potential.” This improves stats, but above all, the abilities of certain characters. New characters have been added to this system periodically; you can find them marked with a “U” in the upper-right corner.
