Kikoru Shinomiya (The Inherited Will) is a top-tier Attacker and debuff specialist. Her kit revolves around lowering enemy DEF and SPD, allowing allies to deal significantly higher damage while controlling the pace of battle.
Kikoru’s Ultimate is the core of her playstyle. It applies a powerful DEF reduction through a Blast Attack and places her into the Inheritance state, during which her Normal Attacks and Combat Skills can further reduce enemy DEF. This makes her an exceptional damage amplifier for the entire team, especially in longer fights where debuffs can be maintained.
In addition to DEF reduction, her Combat Skill lowers enemy SPD, delaying their turns and giving your team greater control over combat flow. This utility is especially valuable in difficult stages and boss encounters where turn management matters.
Kikoru can also use her Ultimate frequently, as her own buffs increase her Ultimate Gauge. With her Additional Passive unlocked, she can even start battles with her Ultimate ready, immediately applying DEF debuffs and setting up early momentum.
After activating her Ultimate, Kikoru boosts her own ATK and can further increase her DMG dealt based on Effect Hit Rate, allowing her to scale both as a support damage enabler and a capable DPS herself. Her Ascensions further enhance this role, significantly improving her damage against debuffed enemies and massively increasing her Ultimate’s damage at higher levels.
