Kafka Hibino [The Man Who Became a Reindeer] is an Support focused on SP recovery and single-target damage amplification, making him an enabler for high-cost DPS units. Unlike his attacker variant, this version of Kafka specializes in empowering one key ally and maximizing their skill uptime.
His core utility revolves around SP management. With his Combat Skill, Kafka applies the Care Package buff to a single ally. When that ally consumes 2 SP, they recover 2 SP, effectively refunding their cost and enabling sustained skill rotations. This makes him especially strong when paired with SP-hungry characters like Gen Narumi (Japan’s Strongest Santa) or other burst-focused carries. However, Care Package can only be active on one ally at a time, and applying it to another target removes the previous buff, so proper targeting is crucial.
Beyond SP recovery, Kafka also enhances offensive output. His Combat Skill increases a selected ally’s DMG dealt, while his Ultimate applies the Gift buff, boosting the target’s ATK. Notably, Gift scales based on Kafka’s own ATK stat, meaning building ATK on him directly improves the strength of his support capabilities.
