Suited (Unbridled Curiosity) is a new Attacker which uses a Hammer!. Suited is one of those characters that immediately stands out for her unique playstyle, but at the same time feels heavily dependent on the right team to truly shine. She isn’t a plug-and-play unit that elevates any roster by default; instead, her value is directly tied to how well you can support her with specific teammates.
In particular, she thrives alongside units like Sword Kikoru or Byakko Mina, both of whom rely on extra attack mechanics. Without them, Suited can feel underwhelming, but with proper investment, she becomes a core enabler of one of the most explosive archetypes in the game.
What defines Suited’s strength is her ability to chain follow-up attacks in response to both normal actions and ultimates. She has a significant chance to trigger extra attacks, and crucially, this effect interacts with other characters’ extra attack mechanics. This creates a feedback loop where teammates like Mina or Kikoru trigger additional hits, which in turn give Suited more opportunities to attack again.
Her kit goes beyond just frequency of attacks. Every time she lands a hit, she applies a mark that increases the damage enemies take from follow-up and extra attacks, amplifying the entire team’s output. On top of that, her passive provides a stacking damage buff that can reach up to 45%, simply by staying active and doing what she naturally does. This “double dipping” of buffs and debuffs is what pushes her synergy with extra-attack units to another level.
From a meta perspective, Suited represents the developers’ push toward expanding team archetypes. Just like damage-over-time teams or large conquest-focused builds, the extra attack composition is being fleshed out as a viable path. She is clearly designed to be a centerpiece of this strategy, especially when paired with the right limited units. However, this also means she competes for resources in a meta that is increasingly segmented, where each archetype requires its own dedicated roster.
That said, her reliance on specific units is also her biggest limitation. If you don’t have a well-invested Mina or Sword Kikoru, Suited loses a large portion of her potential. In practical terms, she is not necessary for clearing current content. Many players report that existing teams built around Mina or Kikoru can already perform well without her. This makes her more of a “win-more” unit rather than a must-have.
