Keiji Itami [Calm and Quiet] is a Shot-element Supporter who specializes in Poison-based damage and disruptive utility. While categorized as a Support, he contributes with some damage over time while also interfering with enemy turns through Stun.
His Combat Skill applies Poison, dealing damage over time based on the enemy’s HP, up to a cap determined by Keiji’s own ATK. This makes him particularly effective against high-HP enemies. Keiji’s Ultimate provides additional control by inflicting Stun, halting the target’s actions and delaying their turn. Beyond the crowd control aspect, it also increases CRIT DMG, indirectly boosting the team’s burst potential during the stun window.
Keiji Itami [Calm and Quiet] functions as a hybrid utility Support, offering HP-scaling DoT, turn disruption, and conditional burst potential. However, it not a top-tier pick, but he can performs well in longer encounters and against high-HP targets.
He currently sits at the lowest Support tier reflecting his limited impact compared to other options. While his Poison and Stun combo provides some utility, his overall contribution is conditional and often outshined by other Support characters.
Keiji’s Smoke Grenade applies Poison that scales with the target’s Max HP, which makes him decent against high-HP bosses, but the damage cap tied to his own ATK limits its effectiveness. His Loud Grenade Ultimate offers a Stun with reasonable uptime, but it only affects a single target and lacks the team-wide utility that higher-tier Supports provide.
Overall, Keiji is best used as a situational pick in specific boss encounters where Poison damage and single-target Stun are valuable. For most content, higher-tier Supports will offer more consistent results.
