The longer the fight continues, the more dangerous he becomes due to his stacking Crit and damage amplification mechanics.
Now about his skills. Foresight Technique applies two Openings to all Kaiju, his Combat Skill guarantees Windbite, and his Passive adds two more Openings when attacking a Windbite target. His Ultimate applies three additional Openings. At 3 stacks he gains a Crit boost, at 5 stacks he advances his action order, and at 10 stacks he gains further Crit Damage and an increased Ultimate Multiplier.
