Profile Update

Poseidon Seraphina Awakened Cloth has pushed the unit back into top-tier territory, turning her into one of the most oppressive control characters in the current meta. While she was already feared in the past for her freezing mechanics, the new awakening gives her significantly more consistency, stronger utility, and absurd momentum generation through extra turns, shields, and team-wide buffs.

The biggest improvement comes from her Divine Will system. Seraphina now gains more stacks whenever allies are attacked or control effects are triggered, allowing her to charge her signature wave attack much faster. Once activated, the ability deals heavy AoE damage, heals allies, converts excess healing into shields, and can even grant her an immediate extra turn. In longer fights, this creates a snowball effect where Seraphina repeatedly cycles abilities while constantly pressuring the enemy team with freeze effects.

Her reborn passive also massively increases her freeze consistency. Between her innate bonuses, skill interactions, and scaling control chance, Seraphina can realistically gain around 50% additional freeze probability before even factoring in Cosmos builds. This allows players to invest more into survivability and speed instead of stacking pure status accuracy, making her much harder to shut down.

Another major strength is her Resonance system. Using different skills grants unique buffs to allies, including increased final damage, higher defenses, reflection bonuses, and speed boosts. Skilled players who rotate abilities correctly can fully maximize these bonuses and turn Seraphina into both a controller and a powerful support unit simultaneously.

Despite all her strengths, Seraphina still relies heavily on RNG. Freeze mechanics are never fully guaranteed, and speed mirrors against another Seraphina can decide entire matches in a single turn. There are also current animation and purification bugs tied to her freeze interactions, which can create confusing situations during PvP battles.

But even so, she is the unit to have, no question about it. She is not exactly cheap to build, but every Skill Book is money well spent. Does she guarantee you will win every game? No, she has some rivals who can make life difficult for her, especially those immune units, or a rival Poseidon Seraphina. But this EX unit can be used in any lineup, making her a highly banned unit.

Blue Impulse

Channels the extreme cold of the ocean to deal 100% C.DMG to a target with a 15% (+ Status HIT) chance of inflicting Freeze on them.

Skill 2

Ocean's Vessel

As the vessel of Poseidon's soul, Seraphina possesses abilities to control the ocean. Before taking action, she is able to select one of her 3 powers as her active skill. [Abyss of Storm] Summons a violent storm from the depths of the ocean to launch an attack that bounces between an enemy unit and the units before and after them according to speed, dealing 100% C.DMG. The attack is guaranteed to bounce 2 times and has a 60% chance (+ Status HIT) to bounce additional times. With each bounce, the damage dealt will increase by 10% (up to 4 bounces). [Coral Sea] Conjures a sea of coral reefs to protect her ally Saints for 2 rounds and increase their DMG Reduction by 8%. Each time an enemy Saint deals damage to her allies, the damage they deal will be reduced by 4% (up to 3 stacks; lasts for 1 round). The third time ally units are attacked, they will recover HP equal to 100% of Seraphina's C.ATK (can only be triggered once in a round). [Lost Continent] Summons the delta of the lost continent to imprison an enemy for 1 action round and keep them from casting any skills. The target can only use basic attacks, and the delta shall absorb all damage (up to 20% of Seraphina's Max HP). When the delta disappears or is destroyed, it will explode, dealing 20% of the absorbed damage to all enemies.

Realm of Flowing Water - Awakened

The human destruction of the ocean leads to Poseidon's retaliation. Seraphina initially has 30 Divine Will. When her allies are attacked, she will gain 8 Divine Will. Seraphina gains an additional 5 Divine Will each time she applies control effects (Freeze/Seal) to targets. After battle begins, for every 1 Divine Will gained, Seraphina's freeze chance against targets permanently increases by 0.1% (max increase 10%). If a frozen enemy is frozen again, their freeze effect cannot be purified and lasts 1 additional turn. Once she reaches 100 Divine Will, Seraphina will awaken and reset her Divine Will, dealing 140% C.DMG to all enemies and providing healing equal to 20% (+ healing effect) of the damage multiplier to all ally units, with excess healing converted to Shield (Realm of Flowing Water can trigger at most twice per round). The turn limit for [Realm of Flowing Water] does not affect the Realm of Flowing Water cast after [Divine Steel Resonance] activates 5 types of resonance. If [Realm of Flowing Water] reaches its turn limit and then activates 5 types of resonance, it can still cast Realm of Flowing Water again.

When Seraphina first casts certain skills and launches attack, she will gain the corresponding resonance attributes: Blue Impulse: Increases Status HIT by 15%. Abyss of Storm: Increases final damage by 12%. [Coral Sea] Increases P.DEF and C.DEF by 140 each. [Lost Continent] Increases Reflect DMG by 12%. Realm of [Flowing Water] Increases Speed by 6%. When Seraphina activates 1 variation of Divine Steel Resonance, her allies will gain 30% of the resonance attributes. She has a 20% (+ Status HIT) chance of inflicting Freeze on her target when dealing damage. With 3 variations, her allies will get 60% of the resonance attributes, while she gains 1 extra move. With 5 variations, her allies will get 100% of the resonance attributes, and she will immediately cast Realm of Flowing Water once.
