Goddess Sasha
Profile Update

Sasha’s EX is a great defensive support that, in her most basic form, boosts allies’ defenses, allows us to reflect some damage, reduces the damage we take, and can revive allies or make them immune to death for a few rounds. Now that we have the Awakened Cloth available, the upgrade does improve several aspects of her kit, even if the overall impact feels far less game-changing than many players expected from a premium EX rebirth. She remains a reliable pick in the right compositions, but she doesn’t suddenly redefine the meta.

Her main skill is Divine Barrier. Allies gain additional Speed, and each ally can trigger two counterattacks per round (3 with the Awakened Cloth). This works great with the Meridian Point generation, making first-round revivals theoretically possible. Unfortunately, the current PvP environment is dominated by burst damage, passive effects, and AoE attacks, leaving fewer opportunities for Sasha’s counter mechanics to shine.

With the Awakened Cloth Her revival effects are stronger once they activate. Revived allies now keep their Meridian Points, preserving their damage reduction, and the first three hits they receive are heavily capped, dramatically improving survivability after resurrection. The problem is simple: these effects are rarely seen in actual competitive battles because matches often end before allies can fully charge their Meridian Points.

In the Build, Sasha still prioritizes Speed above everything else, as activating Divine Barrier early is essential. She also pairs exceptionally well with characters whose Basic Attacks provide additional utility, allowing her counterattack mechanic to generate far more value throughout the battle.

Goddess Sasha has always been a unit that can sometimes be a bit tricky to understand and is closely tied to specific combos or team compositions. Supporting allies always requires certain conditions to be met, and while abilities in her kit—such as Counter Attack or Damage Reflection—are the most noticeable, they aren’t necessarily the strongest.

Overall, Sasha is a good support character. It takes a bit more knowledge of the game to get the most out of her, so she isn’t recommended for beginners. Advanced players will know how to make the most of her, from her speed bonuses (she’s often used alongside Apollo, God of the Sun) to her ability to keep characters on the battlefield. Is she worth investing in? Yes, but she isn’t a priority; she’s more of a luxury support for certain lineups.

+ Pros

  • Higher Speed allows more consistent opening turns.
  • Excellent synergy with heroes that benefit from frequent Basic Attacks.
  • Revived allies retain Meridian Points, preserving their damage reduction.
  • Damage cap after revival significantly increases survivability.
  • Reflect Damage is strong against shields
  • Sasha herself gains additional survivability.

Cons

  • Most new mechanics (Awakened Cloth) only activate after a revival, making them difficult to utilize.
  • Current burst-heavy meta limits counterattack opportunities.
  • Still heavily dependent on casting Divine Barrier immediately.
  • Her Awakened Cloth feels underwhelming compared to other powerful Rebirth upgrades.

Skill Descriptions

Skill 1

Purification

Lv1Lv2Lv3Lv4Lv5

Selects 1 enemy Saint to cast Purification on, dispelling all their buffs and dealing 80% C.DMG to them. Meanwhile, her allies with at least 5 activated meridian star points will join in and launch basic attacks against the enemy.

Skill 2

Divine Barrier - Awakening

Lv1Lv2Lv3Lv4Lv5

Sasha creates a Divine Barrier. Her allies gain 25 P.DEF and C.DEF each, as well as 15 Speed. When the enemies launch basic attacks or cast skills on the allies, the allies have a 20% chance of launching a counterstrike with basic attacks and lighting 1 meridian star point (up to 5). With each lighted meridian star point, the ally gains 0.5% DMG Reduction. Once all 5 are lighted, the ally will revive instantly upon receiving fatal damage, recovering 15% of Sasha's Max HP (triggered only once during the battle). The next 2 instances of damage received by the revived Saint will not exceed 30% of their max HP. Following the effect, 4 meridian star points on the Saint will be reduced. [-]In every round, each ally Saint can counterattack up to 2 times in Divine Barrier. The barrier lasts for [ff5bea]2 rounds. Cooldown 2 turns.

Skill 3

Misopetha-Menos

Lv1Lv2Lv3Lv4Lv5

Selects 1 ally Saint to cast this skill on. The affected Saint will be immune to all control effects and temporarily experience [Fake Death] effect. Meanwhile, with each meridian star point, they will gain 1% final damage bonus. Cooldown 2 rounds. [Fake Death]: The Min HP of the affected Saint cannot be smaller than 1. When their HP reduces to 1, they will be immune to all damage except the one inflicted by Slash. The effect lasts for 2 action rounds. Said Saint will die once it expires.

Skill 4

Dimension Shift

Lv1Lv2Lv3Lv4Lv5

Once Divine Barrier is summoned, Sasha shall gain the ability to shift dimensions. Under this effect, she will only bear 90% of the damage dealt to her. The remaining 10% will be evenly distributed among all the enemy Saints as true damage. (If Sasha dies from a lethal attack, her barrier will vanish and the remaining damage will not be transferred.) In the meantime, her ally Saints on the battlefield (including summoned units) shall receive a fraction of the skill effect. They will only take 97% of the damage dealt to them. The remaining 3% will be evenly distributed among all enemy Saints as true damage.
