- Mayuri Kurotsuchi randomly selects and uses one of three inventions: Hojiku-zai, Superhuman Potion, and Flesh Bomb. Each release of his Technique accumulates his Spiritual Pressure. When it reaches maximum, the Technique is enhanced into Double-Barreled.
- [Hojiku-zai] Immediately restores HP to the entire team equal to 32%+360% (40%+450 at B5) of Mayuri Kurotsuchi's ATK, then restores 120 (150 at B5) Fixed HP every 2 seconds for 10 seconds. Mayuri Kurotsuchi will not select this skill if all characters in the team are already at full HP.
- [Superhuman Potion Essence] Inflicts all enemies within range with Delay for 4.2 (5 at B5) seconds and increases all damage they take by 13% (15% at B5) for 25 seconds.
- [Flesh Bomb] Attacks enemies in front, dealing damage equal to 512% (640% at B5) of ATK, additionally reducing their Spiritual Pressure by 640 (800 at B5), and applying Poison Scale.
