Review

Leo Regulus is one of the most eagerly awaited and beloved characters in The Lost Canvas saga. Little Leo comes to the game with interesting abilities and a lot of damage. He is an excellent unit if the conditions required by the unit are met. He must activate the entire zodiac board in order to unleash his full power… and this can be easy or difficult depending on who we challenge from the enemy team and how much we have upgraded our skills. He’s not cheap, and it’s hard to recommend him for less than 1555. You also have to learn who to challenge and when to use his second enhanced skill. He’s a lot of fun, though.

Lightning Crown

Deals 70% P.DMG to a single target. If it is the challenge target, increases this attack's P.CRIT Level by 4,000.

Thunder Bolt

Regulus performs three physical attacks on the challenge target, each dealing 70% crittable P.DMG. For every 1,500 P.CRIT Level, an additional attack is performed on a random target, dealing 70% crittable P.DMG (up to 10 additional attacks; if there is no challenge target, all attacks will be randomly distributed). [Ultimate - Lightning Bolt] Regulus performs three physical attacks on the challenge target, each dealing 70% crittable P.DMG. For every 1,000 P.CRIT Level, an additional attack is performed on a random target, dealing 70% crittable P.DMG. During this skill, each hit increases subsequent damage to the same target by 5%. (Up to 15 additional attacks; if there is no challenge target, all attacks will be randomly distributed).

Before each action, Regulus can choose an enemy Saint to challenge. Single instances of damage dealt by this enemy Saint to Regulus cannot exceed 50% of Regulus' max HP. Regulus deals 10% increased damage to this enemy, and after the enemy Saint acts or when Regulus damages them, he compares his P.ATK with the enemy's higher stat between P.ATK and C.ATK. When Regulus's stat is lower, he gains a 5% P.ATK bonus; when higher, he gains 500 P.CRIT Level. After gaining this effect 5 times, [Lightning Bolt] transforms into [Ultimate - Lightning Bolt]. When Regulus dies, he unleashes [Ultimate - Lightning Bolt] on the current challenge target, ignoring resistance and directly affecting HP without being shared.

Zodiac Clamation

Upon Crits, Regulus gains a stack of [Zodiac Ultimate], up to 12 stacks. Each stack of [Zodiac Ultimate] provides Regulus with a 3% CRIT DMG bonus. When at 12 stacks of [Zodiac Ultimate], Regulus can choose whether to enter the [Zodiac Clamation] state. At max stacks, when Regulus takes fatal damage, he will negate the damage and automatically enter this state. While in this state, Regulus cannot be killed, is immune to all control effects, and gains a 50% P.ATK bonus and an additional 15% CRIT DMG bonus. After Regulus takes one effective action in this state, he immediately exits it, clears all [Zodiac Ultimate] stacks, loses 80% of his current HP, and receives a debuff that reduces damage dealt by 40% for three turns. This effect cannot be purified.
