Kraken Isaak is an A-rank DPS/control unit built around tentacle summons, steady Cosmo damage, and conditional freeze pressure. He is not a mainstream PvP option, but he can still be a serviceable budget pick for newer accounts that want a summon-style attacker.
At max skill levels, his kit is centered on Skill 1, which provides solid single-target Cosmo damage while instantly filling the field with up to four Kraken’s Tentacles, giving him much of his sustained pressure. Skill 3 gradually boosts tentacle damage as he keeps summoning, and Skill 4 adds another damage spike after using Aurora Borealis, which helps his summons hit harder on the following attack. Skill 2 itself is a straightforward single-target nuke with freeze chance tied to Ice Seal stacks, so his control value exists, but it is more situational than reliable.
Overall, Isaak is a niche summon-based attacker who can perform reasonably well in early progression and off-meta teams, especially when fights last long enough for his tentacles to build value and destroy shields (hit shield, like The Cid or Shura DC), or used with Divine Phoenix. However, no one uses him nowadays.
