Surplice Pisces Aphrodite with his Awakened Cloth is a complete turnaround from his old, underwhelming version. Previously, he felt slow, overly dependent on setup, and not worth the heavy Cosmo investment. Now, his kit flows naturally—he automatically summons his Bloody Rose at the start of each round, removing the need for speed and immediately enabling his anti-heal and passive stacking.
His strength lies in consistent end-of-round pressure. With improved mechanics, he stacks hits faster—not only from healing prevention but also when he or his rose is attacked. This leads to frequent automatic attacks and powerful follow-ups, turning him into a reliable finisher. His damage also scales well as enemies fall, making him increasingly dangerous in late fights.
The Awakened Cloth also adds survivability through a self-revive mechanic, making him harder to deal with and more flexible in team comps. He no longer depends on niche setups and can contribute in most teams, especially against heal-heavy comps or alongside other end-of-turn attackers.
Overall, Aphrodite is now a fun, viable, and surprisingly impactful unit. He still requires high investment to truly shine, but the payoff is a strong finisher capable of swinging fights through sustained automatic damage and smart utility.
