Scorpio Milo was an excellent DPS unit when his Awakened Cloth was released. His kit still has a clear offensive flow: Scarlet Cyclone helps chain extra Scarlet Needle hits, Antares rewards repeated focus on the same target with strong bonus damage, and Restriction - Awakened spreads Bleed pressure to additional enemies. Because of that, he benefits a lot from double-turn setups and can still create decent sustained damage in longer fights.
The issue is that modern battles are faster and less forgiving. Milo needs time and repeated actions to reach his best output, while many newer DPS units deliver higher impact immediately and bring extra utility or survivability. He remains a pure damage profile with little defensive value, and once his tempo is interrupted he falls off quickly. So while his multipliers used to be impressive, today he is difficult to justify outside niche or nostalgic teams.
