Ophiuchus Shaina is an aggressive utility DPS that mixes speed support with poison-based pressure. Like Hydra Ichi, se has one main use: speed up the team. At max skill, Thunder Claw gives the whole team a 10% + 30 SPD boost for 1 turn while hitting 3 random enemies, which can help slower teams steal tempo or keep an early turn advantage.
That skill makes her more valuable than a pure low-rarity damage dealer, especially for beginner accounts that want a fast unit with some utility instead of raw stats only. She can contribute chip damage, spread debuffs, and support turn order at the same time. Even so, she is out of the serious meta, she is mostly a practical early-game option and a situational pick rather than a long-term PvP core.
