Nebula Shun is a very difficult character to use. Although in the Saint Seiya story, Shun's good friend is quite strong, in the game his unit requires many conditions to function and his damage after so much time is already insufficient. To begin with, it requires accumulating stacks, which are not easy to accumulate, and then exploiting them, all manually. And worst of all, its damage is not sufficient. Currently, it is a unit for collecting.

What should I do if I get one? Don't invest skill books in it; there are many better units available today. Similarly, you'll have to look for the Awakened Cloth for the bonuses and level it up to 80 for the other bonuses.

Nebula Stream

Applies 1 stack of Gentle Air Stream around 1 enemy. If the damage taken by a single enemy exceeds 15% of its Max HP when attacked by your Saints, all Nebula Streams on the battlefield have a 10% chance to be enhanced and have 1 extra stack of Air Stream generated, up to a maximum of 6 stacks. (If 3 or more enemies take damage equal to more than 15% of their Max HP, 1 stack of Air Stream will definitely be generated; this does not apply to summoned units).

Nebula Stream - Awakened

Nebula Stream creates a storm after speeding up, dealing 180% C.DMG to a target. If the target is caught in Nebula Stream, then each stack deals additional 180% C.DMG. After attacking, all enemies are affected by Nebula Storm and takes additional 70% C.DMG. The main target gains 3 stacks of Nebula Stream, and those who act before and after gain 2 stacks. All other enemies gain 1 stack.
