Profile Update

Lizard Misty is a disruptive support-control unit that annoys the enemy team through taunt and reflect value rather than direct damage. At max skill, Cyclone Punch gives him a Status HIT-based chance to taunt a target into basic attacking him, and Marble Cyclone Punch provides a multi-hit attack that immediately grants Wind Shield. Once that engine starts, Wind Shield can spread to allies when Misty is attacked, giving up to 36% extra damage reflection and making him much harder to pressure efficiently.

That utility is the reason he still appears as a niche A-rank control pick in some tier lists. He can interfere with enemy targeting patterns and punish teams that mindlessly attack into him, especially in slower fights. The limitation is consistency: taunt is not guaranteed, his damage is low, and many modern teams can either ignore reflect or remove him before he creates enough value. He is a respectable budget control option, but mostly for specific matchups rather than universal use.
