Libra Dohko was a powerful DPS who, after accumulating 4 Dragon Marks, was capable of launching one of the most devastating attacks in the game. An attack that, if it defeated his opponent, spread to the rest of the enemies. It is a high multiplier attack, but it has several problems, such as the 4 energy points it needs to function. Or having to charge those 4 stacks and also the control, in short, there are too many obstacles for Libra Dokho to function properly at present. For new users, it may be useful in some dungeons at the beginning of the game.

Skill Descriptions
Skill 1
Weapon Technique - Whip
Dohko attacks 1 enemy with the nunchucks, dealing 80% physical damage, with a 35% chance to perform another sansetsukon strike that deals 60% physical damage. Dohko gains 1 Tiger Spirit whenever he attacks with the same type of weapon.
Skill 2
One Hundred Rising Dragons - Awakened
Releases 4 azure dragons. Each azure dragon deals 210% physical damage to 1 random enemy. Dohko gains 1 Tiger Spirit (up to 4) each time he uses the weapon. When casting [One Hundred Rising Dragons], all Tiger Spirits will transform into the corresponding number of azure dragons. At full Tiger Spirit, the eight azure dragons will prioritize attacking the main target. Azure dragons that have yet to attack when the main target dies will attack random targets. If the main target does not die when at full Tiger Spirit, Dohko will release another eight azure dragons to attack other random targets (cannot hit the main target) (when attacking the same target, the azure dragon deals 85% damage of the previous attack).
Skill 3
Weapon Technique - Block
When attacked by the enemy, Dohko has a 65% chance to defend with a random weapon——Tonfa Wind, which increases 15% Status Res; or Shield Erect, which wards off 10% damage. Dohko gains 1 Tiger Spirit whenever he blocks with one of these weapons.
Skill 4
Weapon Technique - Pierce
When an allied Saint performs basic attacks, Dohko has a 25% chance to attack with a random weapon——Spear Push, which infuses the Dragon-Tiger Mark into the body of the same target, and when casting [One Hundred Rising Dragons], if an azure dragon hits the target, all marks will be detonated with each mark dealing an additional 60% physical damage (stacks up to 5 times); or Sword Wield, which deals 30% physical damage to a random enemy 2 times (when in the multi-player mode, multiple Dohkos cannot cast Sword Wield on the same target)
