Golden Arrow Seiya is a special S-rank unit that can be obtained from the in-game shop. As a character, this version of Seiya wearing the Sagittarius Golden Cloth is fairly easy to use, but completely out of the meta. His kit revolves around building up charges of God’s Binding with his attacks to progressively increase his ATK, and when he reaches max charge, he can fire Cosmic Star Arrow after attacking. Additionally, Light Speed Pegasus Meteor Fist allows him to hit the same target multiple times, which speeds up that charging process a bit.
The problem is that the entire progression remains too slow, and the end result isn’t worth it. Although his attacks deal increasing damage over time, he never reaches the level of pressure or burst damage offered by modern DPS units, and aside from that single-target damage, he doesn’t provide any significant utility to the team. He’s easy to use, yes, but these days that’s not enough to secure him a real spot in the meta.
