Centaurus Babel is a B-rank burn-focused DPS designed to spread ignition and trigger burn ticks for extra chip damage. In practice, he is mostly a collection unit with very limited gameplay value, since B-rank characters are heavily outclassed by even basic A-rank options in both stats and consistency.
His kit has internal synergy but low ceiling. His basic attack can bounce and apply Burn with high chance, Will of Flame boosts both burn application and burn damage, and Red Lotus Fire detonates active burns across enemies for immediate follow-up pressure. The problem is that his base damage and scaling remain too low to convert this synergy into meaningful threat outside very early progression, and burn-reliant damage is slow compared with modern burst-oriented teams.
Overall, Babel can be used in a fire team, he can activate all the burns status in the enemies, but, there are better options. He is a niche status-damage concept that can be fun in beginner or themed low-tier setups, but he has almost no practical long-term role.
