Cassiopeia Erda is a very basic A-rank DPS. Her kit is simple and easy to understand: Fan Matrix gives her AoE damage and Iceflower can ramp her speed after attacks, which sounds useful for taking more turns in longer fights. In theory, that combination should let her pressure teams over time.
In practice, her damage multipliers are too low and the payoff from her speed ramp is not enough to compensate. Even among A-rank options, there are stronger and more efficient units for both PvE and PvP. Because of that, she is mostly a collector Saint today, with very limited practical use outside niche or thematic teams.
