Aquarius Camus is a character who is available from the start of the game, but has managed to carve out a small niche for himself thanks to his ability to place Ice Seals on enemies.
His full kit is built around stacking and detonating Ice Seals: Freezing Punch and Freezing Coffin quickly add stacks to a priority target, while Aurora Execution deals AoE damage and detonates all stacks for extra burst. With Ice Ring - Awakened active, enemies can gain Ice Seals when acting or using energy, and Camus can occasionally freeze targets he attacks based on their number of stacks. This in itself would not mean much, however, many modern ice-control units use these Ice Seals, which allows him to synergize with modern Frost teams. Beyond that niche support and setup role, Camus' overall use is still very limited.
