Alraune Queen has a little bit of control, healing, and DPS, but does not truly excel at any of them. His kit revolves around summoning the Blood Mandala guillotine, which can taunt targets, apply extra disruption after Queen attacks, and enable periodic healing for low-HP allies through Soul-Stealing Flower. On top of that, Blood Flower Scissors punishes enemies who destroy the guillotine, so he can create awkward decision-making for opponents in slower fights.
Even with that utility mix, his overall impact is still limited. His control is conditional, his healing is modest compared to dedicated supports, and his damage is not high enough to carry as a real DPS. In modern PvP, where tempo and consistency matter more, this hybrid profile falls short. Alraune remains an interesting design, but like most A-rank units, he has a very hard time staying relevant in competitive matches.
