Main Unlock Requirement
This is the easiest part—to unlock the pets feature, all you have to do is progress through the main story until Act 1, Episode 22: Information From the Hunter. The pet feature unlocks automatically at that point.
In-game pets are monsters or animals that you can capture, buy from the store, or obtain through various events. It is important to know that not all monsters in the game can be captured—the list is limited. Also, to capture them, you must use potions that you craft at your crafting table. These potions have a success rate, just as monsters have a resistance rate. So, for example, if our strongest potion has a 75% success rate and the monster has a 50% resistance, we have a 25% chance of capturing it. If we reduce its HP to the minimum, we get an extra 5%. That is why it is important to calculate our success rate to know what type of potion to use on each monster.
