Divine Cloth Scorpio Milo was one of the most powerful DPS characters in the game. Capable of destroying the entire opposing lineup when his turn came, Milo could launch multiple continuous attacks against the entire opposing team, dealing true damage and inflicting Bleed. It sounds great, but as the game progressed, units began to gain more defenses and launch passive attacks that somewhat reduced Milo's potential.
That, plus the high energy consumption required and the multipliers that haven't increased while the HP of opponents has. Add to that the fact that it's a control meta and Divine Cloth Scorpio Milo is very fragile against control. All of that has taken away some of his appeal. In addition, he consumes a lot of skill books, requiring almost everything to be maxed out. He's a powerful unit, but difficult to recommend to new players.
