Divine Cloth Hyoga is one of my favorite Saints. The Saint of Ice, a student of Camus, is a specialist in the Freeze Team. However, he has been greatly diminished in his use lately. Hyoga's main ability is to use the Freezing Coffin, both on an opponent and an ally. On an opponent to stop their movements and damage them for an entire round, and on our allies to protect and heal them.

Divine Cloth Hyoga is the closest thing to a Dot Damage character. Damage over Time. When we play him with other Saints who use Ice Seals, Hyoga will passively deal damage and apply some control. He is a good unit, but he was very burdensome for opponents like Thanatos, and currently, Seraphina is more effective at control. However, thanks to the arrival of Krest and Camus Sapuri's Awakened Cloth, Hyoga may have another chance. Maybe not in the top meta, but in mid-level PvP.

Pros

One of the few DoT DPS characters.
Can freeze enemies and protect allies.
Its attack is interesting under favorable conditions.
Its control cannot be cleared.

Cons

There are more powerful controls.
Its damage is insufficient.
Its DoT can charge enemies such as Thanatos.

Ultimate Ice Crystals Fist

Deals 100% C.DMG to the target, with a 30% (+Status HIT) chance to add a stack of Frostbite to the target for 2 action rounds. Frostbite: Deals 80% DMG after the target takes action. If target is under freeze, deals 100% additional damage. Stacks up to 3 times.

Divine Hyoga deals 400% C.DMG to an enemy. If target is under freeze, black ice, or icebound, then there is a 50% (+Status HIT) chance to add a stack of Frostbite. If target is under freeze, black ice, or icebound, then the effect is removed and target takes additional 200% C.DMG.

Ultimate Freezing Coffin

When cast on enemies, Freezing Coffin has a 75% (+Status HIT) chance to inflict icebound on the target for one full round. The target is unable to take action and gains 2 stacks of Frostbite (cannot be purified, but can be removed by Lune).When cast on allies, the target is unable to take action and becomes immune to all damage (including true damage, can be dispelled). Also restores HP equal to 25% of the target's max HP.

In odd-numbered rounds, each enemy has a 30% (+ Status HIT) chance of being inflicted with Frostbite. In even-numbered rounds, Hyoga will add 1 stack of Ice Seal to the target. When he attacks enemies with Ice Seals, he has an 8% (+ Status HIT) chance to freeze them. When his allies cast control effects on the enemies, the targets will take an additional 100% of Hyoga's C.DMG. When the enemies unfreeze, they have a 50% chance of being inflicted with Frostbite for 2 action rounds as well as a 30% chance (+5% with each stack of Ice Seal) of being inflicted with Frostbite after taking action. Every 8 stacks of Frostbite added will grant a Shield equal to 10% of Max HP (lasts for 1 round).
