Deals 140% C.DMG to all enemies and has a 40% (+ Status HIT) chance to freeze the main target. Each stack of Ice Seal on the target increases the chance by 5% and the freezing lasts for 2 action turns. If the main target is in the Frozen/Black Ice status, consumes up to 2 stacks of Crystal of Wisdom, each stack dealing 20% C.DMG, freezes the target for action turns equal to Degel's stacks of Crystal of Wisdom in a round (cannot be purified), and applies 2 stacks of Ice Seal.
Degel creates an Ice Barrier that lasts 2 turns. When it is active, if allies attack enemies with Ice Seal, Degel has a 35% chance to launch a pursuit basic attack to the main target (up to 3 times in each round). After an enemy attacks an ally, has a [10% + Stacks of Crystal of Wisdom *5%] chance (+ Status HIT) to freeze the attacker for 2 action turns (cannot be purified) and gains 1 stack of Ice Seal (triggers up to 1 time each round). At the start of each battle, Degel creates a zero-cost Ice Barrier.
Each stack of Crystal of Wisdom increases Status HIT of allies by 3% and increases Degel's pursuit chances by 4%. Degel gains 1 stack of Crystal of Wisdom and increases the stack limit in each round, starting at the max of 2 stacks and up to 10 stacks.
